Kigali: The European Investment Bank (EIB) is under fierce scrutiny from campaigns groups which accuse the lender of giving loans to Rwanda that have not benefited the targeted small businesses. The European lender instead also puts the blame on three Rwandan banks, as RNA exclusively reports.
